I would definitely have to say that pizza is one of my top three favorite meals. I could eat it and tacos! I love homemade pizza because fresh ingredients are much cheaper when you buy them yourself, and cooking at home is always fun.

I created this super easy recipe to show that anyone can make it.  Pick out your favorite veggies, and be creative with what you like. To save on time, I used sliced tomato as my ‘sauce’ and seasoned it with salt and pepper (S&P). Now, just roll up your sleeves, and have some fun in the kitchen!

How to make the pizza dough-

1. Gather your ingredients and preheat oven to 400 degreesIMG_41791 1/4 cup of flour, 2 eggs, 1/2 tbsp of sea salt and 1/2 tbsp of olive oil

2. Mix the flour and sea salt into a mixing bowl, crack the eggs in the middle with the oilIMG_41783. Mix the eggs and fold in the flour starting from inside to outIMG_41774. Roll into a ball and cover with plastic wrap for 10 min IMG_41765. Meanwhile, chop up your desired veggies. I used 1 cup of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeseIMG_4174

6.  Spread out the rested dough onto the pizza pan and add cheese first, then veggies. Season with S&PIMG_4175

7. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutesIMG_4173

8. Optional- add coppa, prosciutto, or any other cured meats. Bake for additional 2 minutes to crispIMG_4166

9. Slice the pizza and garnish with parsley. Pair your pizza with your favorite beverage. Mine is bubbly!IMG_4172

Cut into six slices (serving size 2)
